SE “Automobile assembly plant № 1” PJSC “AK Bogdan Motors” is a key enterprise in the corporation Bogdan, the main task of this enterprise is the production of buses of small, medium, large and ultra-high classes and trolleybuses of various modifications.

Factory production capacity at the beginning of 2014 amounted to 2,200 units, until 2020 it is planned to increase capacity to 6000 buses and trolleys a year.

Welding production is concentrated in two workshops, the total capacity of the shops is 2,800 bodies a year. The capacity of the shop for delivery and diagnostics is 6000 buses and trolleys a year. All work on the equipment is made by “DURR” (Germany).

The modernization of the existing painting complex, manufactured and mounted by the Turkish company, ADA BOYA Ltd, has increased the productivity of the complex to 2,200 bodies a year.

Also completed work on the installation of technological equipment of the dyeing complex firm “Eisenmann” (Germany). The complex consists of a surface preparation unit (a cataphro-resistant coating line), a mastic coating line, two first coat lines and a paint line. The complex has 26 cameras (coloring, drying, cooling zones, plaster stickers).

Equipment and technology are in line with current environmental norms in Ukraine.
